We have been so busy lately

that we forgot to mention how nice 

 Cucina Mancina was for having us on his website!

Gazpacho Andaluz

Hailing from the Andalucian region of Southern Spain, 

“Gazpacho” is a fresh soup traditionally served in summer.

 

 

  I tried it in Almeria, Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla

not to mention the authentic homemade Gazpacho 

  genuinely prepared by Virginia's mother.

(Almeria, Pujaire).

It was simply the best one!

-after a little while I ended up getting seriously addicted-

it's fresh, it's tasty and it's vegan too!

For all who will make it at home:

---SERVE IT COOL---

it's mandatory!
