Hailing from the Andalucian region of Southern Spain,
“Gazpacho” is a fresh soup traditionally served in summer.
I tried it in Almeria, Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla
not to mention the authentic homemade Gazpacho
genuinely prepared by Virginia's mother.

It was simply the best one!
-after a little while I ended up getting seriously addicted-
it's fresh, it's tasty and it's vegan too!
